When does my monthly quota reset?
Free pages reset on the 1st of each month at 00:00 UTC and do not roll over. Paid allowances follow your subscription renewal date. Upgrading keeps that date and the current expiry of added pages.
What happens if my file is larger than my remaining quota?
The file will be processed partially within your current plan quota. You can upgrade to a higher plan to process larger files.
What format is the exported CSV?
The CSV is UTF-8 encoded with proper quoting for descriptions containing commas. It's compatible with Excel, Google Sheets, and most accounting software.
